Where did you grow up?
I was born in a wind-tunnel and raised by a family of Asian-leprechauns. We were very poor. My Uncle Sandbar had a childhood dream of opening a zoo for oddly shaped mules. Unfortunately, his dream came to a screeching halt, when he accidentally swallowed a pack of wild hyenas. So, I left the family wanna-be farm and headed to Toledo.
Became a Christian
I grew up in a Christian home. I remember hating Sunday School, in fact I was kicked out of Sunday School when I was about 4 years old! I hated it so badly that I beat up a little girl that was sitting next to me. Needless to say the teacher was not happy with me and quickly ushered me out to my Grandparents who were very, VERY involved in the church so it was qu...

Became a Christian
There was never just one moment where God appeared to me in rolling clouds and thunder or anything. I grew up with a mom that faithfully took us to church every week. When it came to my senior year of high school and first year of college, I began to realize some things... that I was a Christian because I was taught to be. While there's good things about that fro...
Where did you grow up
Right here in the 505! Half of my life in Albuquerque, the other half in the East Mountains.
Became a Christian
After growing up in a spiritually empty home, I gave my life to Jesus in September of 2006. Though I have a specific date/place/time of when I confessed Jesus as my Lord and Savior, it was a process of letting Him actually be my Lord. I'd say that actually happened throughout the next year. Moment after moment, trial after trial, God really revealed what it meant to rely wholly on Him in that year. Those times of being unsure of what God was doing in my life has made me so confident that He will never leave me or forsake me. That He truly is my Rock.
Why are you a DJ
Wow. That's a question. I was really good at answering phones as a front desk receptionist, and so I guess they thought I could talk into a mic professionally.
Hobbies/Interests
Coffee, Reading the Bible, and taking a picture of me at a local coffee shop drinking coffee while reading the bible.
And sarcasm.
Music?
Blindside, FIF, Relient K, and every symphony that plays the 1812 Overture on the 4th of July. Seriously, that tune always makes me want to see tons of fireworks polluting the sky directly above me. (I'm not joking.)
Where did you grow up
I'm still waiting to grow up.
Became a Christian
I grew up in a Christian home. I walked down at an altar call when I was seven years old, but I only did it because I wanted to be onstage with Psalty, so that didn't really count. It wasn't until my twenties when I realized there was more to Christianity than just attending church and "being good."
